Instead of you coming to me, I come to you. That has advantages: it's more convenient for you as a customer, plus I can get an overview of the whole situation. Sometimes problems may be local or caused by other devices nearby. By me visiting you, I can assess the real life situation most accurately!

Should you not (yet) make use of my backup services, and your computer has crashed, it might still be possible to recover your lost documents, photos, etc.

I deal with Windows computers as well as Apple Macs, with iPhones as well as Android, and iPads and any other tablet as well.
Having been a sound engineer in my early years, I am also very much at home with sound equipment: Sonos, BlueSound, or any other conventional brand - I can both set it up as well as find the best deal.

Especially for (small) businesses and sole traders, it looks more professional to have your own name in your email address instead of a free @gmail.com or @hotmail.com address. It makes your business stand out and look more professional. Something like info@YourComputerGuyOnWheels.com.au, for example. I can set that up for you!
REMOTE SUPPORT
It's not always necessary for me to come by: some problems can be solved remotely by you allowing me temporary access to your device remotely. This not only saves costs in travel time, it also speeds up the solution, allows clients to call me for even the smallest problem, and it is even better for the environment, too!

- Hourly rate is $ 149,00 ex. GST for residents, $ 189.00 ex. GST for businesses
- No minimum charge: you only pay for the actual time required!
evening & weekend support
- Hourly rate is $ 199,00 ex. GST for residents, $ 249.00 ex. GST for businesses
- Minimum charge is 15 minutes
I don't charge call-out fees, I only charge for my travel time. The closer you live to Leura (the Blue Mountains, 2780 NSW), the more you benefit!
